Dean was born and raised in Collinsville, Texas. He moved to Madill Oklahoma in 1995 and is proud to call Oklahoma home. He received his LVN from Grayson County College in 1995 and his Associate degree in Nursing in 1995. He went on to earn his Bachelors in Nursing from East Central University in 2000 and furthered his education with a Masters Degree from Texas Women's University in 2005. Dean brings a vast amount of knowledge in family medicine, geriatrics and emergency care.
He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association and is actively involved with special Olympics and animal rescue.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, boating, spending time with family and hunting zombies with his grandson.
